INGREDIENTS.
1)BEEF/Chicken.
2) Pepper.
3)Vegetable oil.

METHOD.
1) wash,cut and cook chicken/beef.
2) pour a dash of pepper& oil in the pot containing the beef.
3) Allow to simmer.
