The major nutrient is Beta carotene,vitamin A precursor.This does wonders for the skin as well as site and our sources in this menu is vegetables and palm oil.
INGREDIENT.
1)Vegetables.
2)Fish/meat/chicken.
3)Palm oil.
4)rice/noodles/yam
5)pasta.
METHOD.
1)Wash ,cut and dice vegetables.
2)boil and set aside.
3) cook fish/meat/chicken,and dice.
4) pour palm oil in a pot, let it eat up,then add a dash of pepper.
5) mix cooked fish/meat/chicken in the pot.
6) let it cook,add broth and let it simmer.
7)Add the vegetables and turn ,leave to simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
This stew can be served with rice,noodles,mashed yam/potatoes or pasta. Add the veggy sauce to your dogs food,you will notice a glowing difference from day 2.
